Creating Adventures provides activities for adults with Autism and additional needs. Our activities range from art to sports and our aim is to offer people a sense of personal fulfilment.
‘HANGING BY A THREAD’ CREATIVE TEXTILE STUDIO
Based in the Old School, Fairfield Street, ‘Hanging By A Thread’ run classes and workshops in printing, image transfer, contemporary stitch and felt making.
Peer led Arts therapy group for people who live with mental illness, bringing people together in a safe place to experiment with all forms of art and creativity.
TAYLOR GALLERY, THE OLD SCHOOL, FAIRFIELD
Provides opportunities for local artists, photographers and craft workers to exhibit their work. Part of the Fairfield and Howley Community Project at the Old School in Fairfield Street.

WARRINGTON CRAFTWORKERS’ GUILD
A fun, friendly, independent group, set up 40 years ago, consisting of people who are interested in or practise crafts of all kinds. Meet on the 3rd Sat of each month (except June) at Fairfield Old School, Howley.
WARRINGTON MUSEUM & ART GALLERY
Houses a collection of over 1,000 paintings and organises an award-winning programme of events and temporary exhibitions. Includes many 19th century paintings and an increasing collection of contemporary art.
